a. What should you do should another guild attempt to start a fight?
Do not engage. Take note of whom was attempting to start a fight and what guild they belonged to. Convey that information to an Officer or GM and they will handle the rest.
b. How are you supposed to handle booting non-guildies from runs?
Politely ask them to leave the run. Should they refuse, boot them, but with a valid reason only. To avoid such situations, make password protected runs to start.
c. What are two things that warrant you an automatic boot from the guild?

I left Ceo because the GM scammed a close friend of mine and claimed he was being impersonated. I believe him to be lying.
I left The True Pack due to the inactivity.
9. Why do you want Phoenix to be your home?
I've heard nothing but good things about Phoenix. I have been looking for an active, reputable guild for quite some time and Phoenix seems to be just that.

Just about anytime after 4:30p.m. eastern standard time, during weekdays. I'm on almost all day on weekends.
